What does my warranty cover?
Each NEW UNIT we sell has a 90-day drive train warranty against defects in material and workmanship from purchase date. Warranty covers engine, transmission, and rear axle against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty does not cover labor or shipping costs. (All sales are final: No refunds or exchanges.)
IT DOES NOT COVER normal wear and tear or misuse, abuse or lack of maintenance (*see general exclusions below)
Does my warranty cover transporting the unit to & from our store?
Sorry, but transportation of the unit is the owner's responsibility even for a warranty repair or recall.
How long are parts under warranty?
There is a 90-day warranty from purchase date on defective parts and workmanship.
Can I do my own oil changes?
Yes, but we recommend that you keep written records and copies of receipts showing the oil changes were done.
Is my first oil change free?
No, maintenance service is not included in the warranty coverage.
*General Exclusions: (from this warranty shall include any failures caused by)
- Lack of proper maintenance or storage
- Abnormal strain, neglect or abuse
- Accident or collision damage
- Water submersion and/or ingestion
- Modification to original parts

CPSC Age Regulation for ATVs Age User's Guidelines
TYPE 1 ATV are further identified by Four intended usage categories as follows
- Category G (General use Model) ATV. An ATV intended for recreational and/ or utility use by an operator age 16 or older
- Category S (Sport Model) ATV. An ATV intended for recreational use by an experienced operator, age 16 or older
- Category Y (Youth Model) ATV. An ATV of appropriate size intended for recreational use under adult supervision by a operator under age 16. Youth model ATV’s can further be categorized as follows.
- Category Y-6+ ATV. A Category Y-6+ ATV is a youth model ATV that is intended for use by children age 6,7,8,9 or older.
- Category Y-10+ ATV. A category Y-10+ ATV is a youth model ATV that is intended for use by children age 10,11,12,13 or older.
- Category Y-12+ ATV. A Category Y-12+ ATV is a youth model ATV that is intended for use by children age 12,13,14,15 or older.
- Category T (Transition Model) ATV. A category T ATV is a ATV of appropriate size that is intended for recreational use by an operator age 14,15 or older under adult supervision, or by an operator age 16 or older.
